Warranty Policy:

Green Gardens Company is committed to providing the best after-sales services to its customers, including maintenance, warranty, and product quality, in line with the company’s policy as follows:

General Policies and Terms:

  • The warranty period is one year for furniture from the date of invoice receipt.
  • The maximum repair time is 30 days for defects covered under the warranty from the date of receipt, and 90 working days for product replacement if repair is not possible.
  • The product will only be replaced in the event of a factory defect, and the company will cover any manufacturing-related defects.
  • The product will not be replaced in case of damage due to customer misuse, such as accidents, vandalism, or external maintenance work.
  • The company assumes no responsibility for breakages, dents, or scratches resulting from regular use, such as fabric wear or exposure to external factors like harsh chemicals, moisture, or high temperatures, which may cause cracks in the product or its paint. The type of defect will be determined by the company’s technician, based on a report submitted to the company’s maintenance department.

Product Warranty:

The company guarantees the quality of its sofa sets from the date of receipt, including maintenance and repairs in case of manufacturing defects during the warranty period. To benefit from the warranty services, the original invoice must be presented. The warranty covers the following:

  • One-year warranty on the structure quality.
  • One-year warranty on the foam quality.
  • One-year warranty on the fabric quality: The company commits to the following in case of a manufacturing defect in the fabric:
    • If the damage is to part of the sofa set, such as the sofa or chair, the company commits to replacing the damaged part with the same model. If unavailable, the company will replace the entire fabric set with another type based on the available options from the company. The warranty does not imply a refund, and the warranty period is always calculated from the date of the invoice receipt.
    • If the customer does not find the fabric suitable for replacement and wishes to choose fabric from outside the company, the company will cover 50% of the fabric cost.

The warranty does not cover the following cases:

  • If maintenance was performed by a company other than Green Gardens or if the product’s specifications were altered by the customer.
  • Sofas replaced under warranty where more than a year has passed since the issuance of the first invoice.
  • The warranty does not cover fabric color fading, staining, the appearance of odors, or fabric discoloration due to storing the sofas after receipt without removing the packaging.
  • Transferring the invoice from the original customer to another person.

The company does not bear responsibility for damages caused by exposing the products to external weather conditions, as they should be covered with protective covers.

The company does not bear the shipping costs of the product after maintenance outside of Riyadh city.
